Neighboring Sign NEIGHBORING is privileged to serve the behavioral health care needs of residents of Lake County, Ohio. Established in 1969 by two caring nurses and some help from their friends, we have now been providing services to Northeast Ohio for over 40 years. Over the years the organization has grown and widened our array of available outpatient services to the "one stop shop" agency that we are today. NEIGHBORING exists to empower adults with mental illness and substance use disorders to live, learn, work and participate fully in family and community. We hope and believe this will be your experience too.
