Walk-in Procedures

To sign up for services at NEIGHBORING, please call 440-639-3603 for complete and up-to-date intake information. No appointment is needed, and you are welcome to come at any time during the following hours:

Monday through Thursday 9am - 3pm

All will be seen by the Intake Specialist "first come – first served." Plan for the process to take approximately two hours, in the event that someone is being seen ahead of you. If there are special circumstances that require it, a specific appointment can be made in advance. Please be sure to bring the following items, and be prepared to provide necessary information:

  1. Form of Identification – Driver's License or State ID
  2. Financial Information – Most Recent Tax Return, Social Security Award Letter, Pay Stubs for one month, etc. (Spouse and/or total household income is needed)
  3. Proof of Insurance – Medical Card, if applicable (not necessary to receive services)
  4. Letter of Residency – if living in group home, shelter, etc.
