NEIGHBORING's Older Adult Services Team offers a welcoming team approach to help seniors who have multiple needs. Our team includes a counselor, a psychiatric nurse, a case manager, and an employment specialist.
What can our Older Adults Services Team do for you?
- Assess behavioral health needs
- Provide counseling
- Help in getting and managing psychiatric medications
- Case management
- Help in finding and keeping a job
Who do the Older Adults Service Team serve?
- Adults, age 55 +, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, coping with a loss or suffering from substance use
Our Older Adult Services Team can provide their services at the NEIGHBORING offices, in the senior’s home or in the community.
